I don’t mind some schtank, but this... this was a backwoods outhouse in the middle of a heat wave. I’ve smelled meat that had been decomposing for a few months that was more pleasant. 48 hours in a decanter helped it somewhat. Perhaps I have a low tolerance for um... faecal matter wine. But shouldn’t everyone?

i just love the aroma wafting off the glass..pur volcanoes..reminds me ofcapgun smoke..nice tar fruit combined with this just makes a very nice an interesting wine to me..good finish juicy in lots of ways

This would be great for sangria. Its very fruity, and has a hazy appearance in the glass. It has a weird smell, is much too sweet to drink on its own.

Funky smell (barn, sulphur) that slowly dissipates. Herbs, some bitter and savoury notes, red fruits in the background.
