Ribolla is reputedly given to acidity but the acidity here is fairly low — though not so low it's limp — and the taste is rich in forest floor and creamy pine needle flavors. Smells of warm bread.

Light nose with slight biscuit character and green papaya. Aromatics tingle the palate, but the texture is very light. Nice acids, green melon elements. Nice finish - short but pure with a spring water aspect mingled with aromatics. Good balance, though a paleness to all the elements. Quite nice with radicchio risotto w/ poached eggs, young pecorino and balsamic.
