Pale yellow color leads to a nose of lemon, pear, and apple. The palate continues the flavors in the nose rolled into a round mouthfeel with great acidity. A perfect match with talapia.

Crisp mineral, lemon, and green apple aromas, it almost has that green, slightly sweet nose that dry Reisling has. Completely perfect acidity, pleasantly full-bodied; this wine is perfectly balanced. A 25-second finish leaves you wanting more.

Pale straw colored. Apple and mineral on the nose. Medium bodied. Crisp and refreshing but with a round, slightly viscous mouth-feel. Lime, apple, pear, and minerality on the palate. An excellent pairing with crab cakes.

Strong yellow color, bit salty on the nose with nice notes of gooseberries (?) and acacia. Full mouth of fresh brushwood turns into traces of honeymelon. The melon comes out even more after an hour.
