  First drank at a parador in Baiona, a stone's throw from the Rías Baixas D.O. (see also 1-27-13 tasting note). Tonight, same delightful nose and fruit with refreshing arugula on the finish. Delicious with walleye pulled through a hole in the ice, pan fried, with Minnesota wild rice and roasted asparagus. 90+
