Ok but was expecting more, decanted 1hr, lacking fruit, smooth. The wine looks purple colored. The legs are medium. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like strawberry and blackberry. The body is medium. The wine finishes short. The wine has medium acidity.

HWS Bordeaux 2009 vs 2010 (By me): Beautiful and elegant, luxurious and complex bouquet. Same on the palate, juicy dark berries, beautiful acidity and a great length. The wine is ready now and probably the next 3 – 5+ years. Elegant and delicious.

Decanted and consumed in a Grassl Cru over several hours. Fairly open for business from the start. Medium body, elegant, mineral, nice acidity, fruity. Not a Bordeaux for those looking for power, but drinking quite nicely to my taste, although perhaps a bit generic in style. Poor QPR at greater than $50, but good for the close out price I paid 10 years ago.

Good solid Bordeaux. Colour deep red, nose OK but not spectacular. Taste strong dark fruit and medium length

Drinking well. Colour red, slight tinge of purple when opening. Nose quite soft and elegant, taste long, well balanced. Very acceptable
