  This is deep and dark, slightly muted soupy fruit, subtle but substantial acidity. A bit overwrought. Calls for meat or game. Grabbed it out of a “bargains” cart at $19.96.

  Rusty clear red. Raspberries on the nose. Delicate fruit, berries on the first sip. Tannins still very much there. Wonderful wine.
