  13.5% - Clear, med to deep garnet with a copper hue / clean, pronounced intensity - blackberry, stewed strawberry, espresso grinds, old leather, spice box / dry, high acidity, med silky tannin, med body, pronounced intensity, very long finish. A very nice Rioja, entering its drinking window.

  Sehr dunkel mit deutlicher Altersbräune; dunkle Beeren, Vanille, etwas Holz; wenig Frucht, etwas Leder und Würze, deutliche Säure; etwas unschöner Abgang, da die Säure überwiegt; insgesamt etwas enttäuschend, am zweiten Tag fällt der Wein auseinander, die Säure ist zu arg.
