Palate: The wine is Dry in the mouth with a Medium(+) level of acidity. It has a Medium(+) Level of alcohol (13.5%). It has Medium(+) body and Pronounced intensity primary flavours of honeysuckle, grapefruit, and tertiary flavours of petrol. The finish is Medium(+) It has some reductive character. Overall: Quite intense, good concentration, structure, balance and length. Conclusion: It is an Outstanding quality wine. Can Drink Now but has Potential for Ageing. Has structure and concentration to develop greater complexity with ageing. ; Premium-Priced (£ 45.00)

WSET Diploma Semester 1 Block B; 9/8/2014-9/11/2014: Youthful nose, notes of oatmeal, white nut, floral, wet stone, toast. High acid, med body, notes of citrus, lemon, green apple, unripe pear, toast, smoke, ginger, nut. Very good wine.

Pale/medium lemon. Nose is youthful with ripe green apple fruit, floral notes, vanilla, sesame seed. Medium bodied on the palate, apples, sesame seed, fresh acids, touch of vanilla on very good length finish.
