Pale gold color. Citrus, maltose candy, and honeysuckle. Med-high acidity, medium structure, and medium length finish. I was concerned the quality of the bottle due to significant presence of tartaric acid in the bottle. The bottle turned out well. It was at its prime and time to drink them up.
I paired this with 2014 Francois Carillon Puligny-Montrachet. I preferred the 2014 Puligny more than this 1995 Meursault Les Chevalières.
