Friday Night Burgs (Margeaux Brasserie): Super young and rich with pretty heavy dose of toast that is reasonably integrated, though still noticeable, at this young age. A more rich and dense Village Meursault

Burgundies at Margeaux Brasserie (Chicago, IL): This is a really nice lieu-dit and a really nice wine. Not too reductive, this seems to strike a really nice balance. There's a juiciness from the youth of this wine, as well as a tart citrus creaminess that I really like. A lovely bottle of chardonnay and one that I'd be more than happy to cross paths with again.
