Le Roi (Guillaume Bistro, Sydney): Bretty, spicy, earthy, slight leather, forest floor, a little liquorice an black hued fruit. In the mouth it's tightly tannic, chewy in fact, quite drying, liquorice and black fruit, leather and earthy. Still needs time. In fact with time in the glass this opens to show some pretty ripe black fruit on the palate. Very nice.
