Opened and decanted. Lovely nose but on the palate it started a little sour with big and firm tannins which softened over the course of the evening. Great structure. Can easily cellar for another 3-5 years.

Mainly Pinots Dinner with Peter Rosback: A bright, primary colour, very distinct from the other two wines. A bouquet of black cherries and lifted dark florals (heaps of VA). Similar in the mouth. Very dark fruited and taut. Extremely primary. Seriously structured and pretty closed. Serious but svelte, fine grained tannins. The next day the wine had not moved an inch. Still drinking very primary. Cellar for 5 or ideally 10 years. The wine needs time.

Brought to an offline; did not take detailed notes. Served towards the end of the night. Cork was pulled probably 2 hours before we got around to this. Dark and fairly concentrated. Still a baby with good mix of darker red fruits, lavender and a little wood. Could easily be revisited in 5 years if you have another.

Still a baby, still quite primary, but this wine has legs. Would love to see it in ten years.
