White wine of the night! In a good place right now. Aged complexity, a little waxy in a way that reminds me of a mature white Rioja (not not as intensely waxy and oxidative), still good acidity. Great with live king crab!

Love this. Gold color. Lemon and wet stones on the nose. Lemon curd, lots of minerality, pleasant bitterness on a medium plus finish. Acidity is in harmony and enjoyable. This is a real fun treat.

Lovely. A little air helped. Lots of citrus and chalk with real energy. 3 hours or so brought out real weight with orange peel notes. Never shouts. Classy.

Funny beast this. Nothing specifically wrong, but a v low key wine. With air a touch of spice and some chalk in the finish. Compact and narrow though clean too. Almost austere. Hard to love on this showing.

There's struck match and perfectly ripe white peach on the nose. With a bit of air you get plenty of spice and the Ramonet telltale spearmint. It is full and generous in the mouth but also a wine of great balance and elegance. It builds through the palate, possessing good volume and showing a hint of lavender and apricot (perhaps botrytis that shows in many '10's?). A delicious wine that is drinking at the top of its game.
