  By the bottle at Noreetuh in NYC; decanted but it probably wasn’t necessary. Perfumed and sweetly floral on the nose to begin, but it becomes a bit earthy and funky (in a good way). Palate is sappy and bright with cherry and strawberry even after 20 years. Bright acidity and well-integrated but still-present tannins make it impossible to stop drinking.

  Dark burgundy in color. Candied cherries and forest floor predominate. Medium-bodied, sappy texture, with good structure. A good tasting wine.
