  Purchased at auction in 2016. Minimal ullage. Cork extracted in one piece with an ah-so. Gently double decanted to remove sediment, then enjoyed over the course of a few hours. It's everything one could wish for in a mature Ursules: complex, delicate yet powerful, exhibiting good depth and length and remarkable freshness. Perhaps a smidge past peak for my taste, but I'm splitting hairs. It's a stunning bottle that makes me happy to be alive and even happier to have a stash of other vintages to look forward to.

  真正的老Burg， upper shoulder fill, 五个小时喝掉。
  
  塞子已经泡软，最后一点掉进酒里。decant到decanter里。剩约20%再过滤。
  
  刚打开，提起来的心放下，没有corked。 气味，土味/淡酱油味为主，很强，没有水果味，蘑菇味也不浓。口感很鲜活，酸度很丰满。
  
  过一两个小时，变化不大，猛吸才有点pinot的水果味。口中依然鲜活。
  
  三四个小时，到了最精微的阶段，土味渐淡，渐渐没了，类似干花，口感细致，精微，好像老的barolo。
  
  另外，酒杯的香味惊人，强过酒的气味。
  
  五个小时，气味转淡，接近普通的lean老酒。但是，直到最后一口，口感都很鲜活。
  
  另外，瓶底的五分之一，即使过滤后，也渣子明显。跟要命的是始终一股子腥/锈味。

  Rose pedal, rose pedal, rose pedal. This was amazing. So effortless. So much elegance and finesse. What a wine! This beats out the 5 Grand Cruz we had the same night. Hands down. Too bad this is so hard to find but for those who's been lucky enough to find it, enjou your every sip! Wow.
