  • Ramonet-Prudhon green label, Frank Schoonmaker selection. When first opened it feels old (muted fruit, ~sherry) but with fully alive acidity and sweetness on the palate. Full resurrection after thirty minutes of air in Zalto Burgundy, pear, yellow fruit, intense minerality, edgeless yet impressionable on the palate. My vote for WOTN! 94
