Lovely and in it's prime. From the first sip to the long lasting finish just plain good.
Flavors of dark fruit, bramble, tabac.

representative of St. Emilion and Figeac, but a step down. A bit of the tannic dark leather, earthy tones, absent fruit, largely. But still a good wine

In der Nase dunkle Beeren, Beerengelee, Paprika sowohl grün als auch Pulver, außerdem deutlich Garrigue und auch dunkle florale Elemente.
Am Gaumen mit sehr feinem Tannin, gutem Griff, gutem Zug. Insgesamt etwas unterkomplex und auch nicht besonders tief. Hatte aus irgendwelchen Gründen sehr hohe Erwartungen, die wurden leider enttäuscht.
Trotzdem auf hohem Niveau gejammert: Das ist schon ein sehr guter Wein, gestern zum Steak.
