  Deep gold, almost brown. At first it tasted well over. However, after an hour or so it settled down. Finished the bottle the next night - it was much better. I won;t be hanging on to the other two bottles for too much longer.

  Gorgeous and extremely pleasant and complex note -- with all those characteristic evident on the palate. Excellent mouthfeel -- only lacks in length as the wine dies down on the palate quite quickly. Should develop further with time -- I have a feeling this will age well and deserve a rating well above the number above.
  
  Well worth tracking down for a wine that is excellent for idle quaffing and contemplation and is also quite food (and vegetables) friendly.
