Beautiful expression of Pessac white. Surprisingly rich, and a perfect match to seafood chowder. Good acidic backbone but the Semillon definitely comes through. Drink up if you have them. The years have been kind to this wine

PnP. Medium deep gold. Subtle nose of quince, pear and peach with a hint of marzipan. Quite rich and full on the palate though a touch low in acid. Good but was better a few years ago. Drink up.

PnP. Light gold. Good Sauvignon character on the nose but with a touch of Semillon waxiness thrown in - very clean. Quite rich on the palate perhaps a touch low in acidity but easy to drink. Nice.

A little smokiness with good intensity of fruit and light smooth oak. Slightly rich (no doubt the vintage) but not waxy. Acid level adds some zest. Good, but I prefer this wine in cleaner-styled, sharper vintages.
