In a peak zone and fully mature with spice and mineral infused orchard fruit, a kiss of oak, white florals. Grand Cru density, sweet round fruit and driving power complemented by a tense acid spine. Yum.

Some toast and honey development on the nose. Rich, sappy, buttery and layered in the mouth. Powerful orchard fruit flavours and a fresh minerally uptick of acidity to the finish.

A nose of fennel and white flowers, bright and fresh, balanced by a steely minerality. Palate is warm and full with a balance of acidity and orchard fruit with a touch of cinnamon and spice. Finish is taught showing its youth, but long and weighty showing its class. This one has legs for the long haul.
Second day, nose and palate are round and warm. This has really opened up to another level. The core of minerality remains, but the edges have softened. Finish is long and complex.

Served blind. Sweet, rich, fair bit of oak on finish. Cinnamon aroma. Tasty, but seems like this should be drunk soon may not last. Surprised on the reveal, would have expected more from this producer and vineyard - then again the 12 whites are often a bit on the rounder side and not built for the long haul.

Floral nose. Velvety on the palate. Still young, but showing a lot of promise.
