1995 vs 1996 Burgs (NYC): Dark Burgundy color. Tight and ungiving at this point. Good concentration, but totally closed. Cannot access much, but very good structure.

Some bouillon meaty nose that went off, developed nicely later. Sure it is probably past it's prime, but I liked it as is.
