Pale gold. Young but seriously complex and elegant. Ripe citrus, stone fruits, tropical fruits. Smoky with hint of nuttiness, some oak and creamy. Very long. 96

pale platinum; salty & iodine nose, not showing much even after an 1.5 hours; med-full & powerful, tight & intense, more about minerals wrapped in a toasty envelope, salt lick, firm acids, long & stony finish. a decant would've gone a long way to getting some insight on this bottle; not rated because just don't (& likely will never) have much experience w/g.c. white burg.
pan-roasted wild sturgeon, wilted greens, herb bouillon (at EoF)
