Deep nose of citrus oils and a citrus framework – really pure. Pressed flowers, cordial notes and fresh white fruits, taut, with new wood, honey, hints of more succulent fruits to come – excellent definition.
Sweet attack, golden and perfectly fresh, full of energy and bracing acidity. Spicy and sparkly acidity but deft and poised. Silky leaning to creamy and a pleasing undulating texture. Ripe, seamless, gorgeous flavour and a rounded, pure, levels of precision. Amazing stuff. ~Wow!
