Color and clarity was good. Body a little lighter than a few years ago Very nice wine - lots of berry and cherry and pepper. A raspberry finish that lingers for a while.

A lot of light coming through the red color of this one. Anybody who thinks they can ID the grape type from the color of the wine would say, “Easy one. That’s a Pinot Noir.” Well, they’re wrong. A fairly delicate nose suggesting red fruit—plum, mostly. Certainly, not the most full-bodied wine but definitely not a big tannic beast, it does come at me with a good amount of tart red plum or red raspberry flavor. Anybody who holds DCV Zins at the top of their favorites might not care for this one, but for the $20 that I spent for this, it is a keeper.

Lost in cellar, unfortunately past the point of drinkability according to my wife. I however muscled through it and drank the bottle.

Hockey Tournament - Vibrant, lots of flavor - dark fruit, pepper. Complex and full bodied.

Compared to other vintages - this was not a complex. Still a nice drink for $20. Soft up front and solid fruit and pepper from middle to finish.
