A subtle but instantly likeable Pinot Gris. Pale straw colour, light floral notes on the nose. A little withdrawn on the front of the palate, but builds through the mid-palate and has good length. Enough sweatness to cope with spicy Asian foods, but eases out to quite a dry finish.
