Loved this wine. Chalky, light, elegant, very much in line with the producers feminine style, a sweet carresing fruit in the background, en danseuse #CP#Jean-Luc

The curse of 2004 in full effect. This wine had an amazing perfume that jumped out of the glass. Unfortunately it was green and herbal mixed with some lovely red fruit, violets and spices. Highly complex nose just so flawed by the vintage. On the palate this tasted like morning grapefruit. Vintage scar - no way around it.

Mature red berry and cherry aromas and flavors with subtle spice and plenty of earth and mushroom, all of which I like. There is a faint hint of 2004's green note on the nose with that same faint bitterness on palate. Also comes across as far older than a barely 10 yo Amoureuses, but that is also characteristic of how many 2004s are performing today.

A bit lean and reserved, not sure how it would improve.
