{screwcap, 14.5%} Dark ruby. Ripe, earthy, spicy aromas. The palate is fairly dense, medium/full-bodied, with a liquorice and blackberry blend of flavours. It’s a bit clunky on the palate, with low/medium powdery tannins, not too much oak influence, and a short/medium finish. OK wine, nothing to really sing about though. Perhaps 3-5 years will help.
