14% alcohol, imported from Victoria, Australia by Indigo Wine Group LLC, Venice, Florida, screw top, long legs, medium red/brown, nose of fruit, alcohol & citrus; a complex wine, taste of gooseberries, blackberries, raspberries, a memory of grassy meadow and berries, the berries kick in at the center and back of the tongue, nice balance of tannins and fruit, outstanding persistent finish, cries out for sipping alone, or perhaps with a cheese platter

Dense plum, almost prune, fruit aromas. Fruit is maybe a touch confected. Wood smoke. Smells like a wet November night in the countryside. Not too much development. Light attack at first, very fresh and lively. Mid palate delivers the fruit punch, somewhat sweet in fact, but yet still pretty restrained. Some alcohol burn before a nice persistent fruit finish. Seems to work well with dark chocolate.

Our 6th bottle and very much as we remember it - tons of fruit. Now very smooth and at its peak. Don't be fooled by it's screw cap or the price. Will be following this label.
