Oddero Nebbiolo (Dig Wines, San Francisco): Lightest color of the bunch-tawny. Incredibly explosive aromatics with the entire array of fully expressed Nebbiolo-roses, licorice, and tar. Light, especially for a 2010. High acidity, fine and detailed, moderate back end tannins, overall somewhat slight. While the aromatics are exciting and advanced, it does not really deliver as much in the mouth. I wonder about its future.
