  Palate-staining red and dark berries, chalky minerality, and electric acidity. This wine has impressive depth while still retaining a supremely graceful mouthfeel. Hands down the finest Barbera I have tasted.
  
  A couple years ago, this wine was shut down upon opening and needed at least a day to open up. Tonight it was hitting all the right notes after a few minutes in the glass.

  Le vin dégage un parfum de réglisse, de prunes, de cerises noires, ainsi qu'une pointe vanillé. La bouche est ronde et démontre une belle concentration tout en gardant une certaine fraicheur, avec une chair fruité enveloppante. Le bois est bien digéré et les tanins démontre une grande souplesse. Belle amplitude en milieu de bouche, rien n'accroche, bien mûre et presque gras, sans tomber dans la caricature. Un peu chaud (15%) mais aucune mollesse. Très bon!

  The wine looks purple colored. The legs are medium. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like blueberry. It tastes like blueberry and blackberry. The body is medium/full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.
