  Instantly gratifying nose of fresh strawberries, perfectly ripe raspberries and light scents of rose petals, with passing wafts of gamebird. Airy and pure, with supporting notes of juniper bush and liquorice. Fresh, soft and juicy on the palate, with a hint of spice but without significant complexity. The finish cuts short a bit, but the overall impression is highly charming. With Iberico pork chops, sweet potato fries and fennel salad.

  Cool sweet red fruit and licorice. Perfectly balanced by just a touch of oaky spices. I'm picking up herbs and supple aromas of juniper. Fresh acidic palate. Sour cherry and very savory. Red fruit and spruce in the finish
