Kraters for the trenchermen (Les 2 Garçons): Smoke and gentle Vosne spice on the nose. Crisp and red-fruited on the palate, in the style of the vintage - a very elegant, drinkable and food-friendly wine that we demolished with relish. Showed a lot better than when I tried it in 2019, that's for sure.

Perhaps this suffered by comparison with the mature Chambolle we drank immediately beforehand, but the wine was a little rustic and restrained tonight. Still delicious, especially the final sip, but suggest holding these for a few years more.

Burghound Symposium Asia - Vosne Romanee 1er Cru Masterclass (Shanghai): Light garnet, one of the lightest colors of all of them. Wonderful nose here, whole cluster, game, red fruit. Pure and silky on the palate, just a touch too light but very good wine if you like it elegant.

A Vosne-Romanée Night: Charming and open nose, a bit weak fruit, rustic, decent length.
