Had vintage 2012 and wine seemed to me bit more light then 2006 vintage. Still okay and little fruity taste but not as fruity and aromatic as desired but still acceptable for every day 'taverna' wine for Greek food to pair, 6 months oak maturing is appreciated.

From 75cl, P+P in a restaurant. Good bright red-fruited acidity; light- to medium-bodied; gentle, well-balanced tannins. Nice quaffing wine already; will hold and might even improve 2-4 years, as the Xinomavro doesn't work its herbal magic right now, perhaps being overshadowed by the other varietals in the blend. 86-87P

- Olfactive strong at first and subdued after 30 min + with medium persistance. - Gustative: low acidity, no bitter, dry, medium tannin, light to medium body, smooth texture and medium persistance. - Other: did a taste test with the 'Reserve' version of this wine at the same time. The Reserve is slightly more subtle but otherwise very similar. Price is 50% more for the Reserve.
