  This was nice. Powerful, as one would expect from a Gevrey but still very primary.
  
  If I had more I’d wait another 3-5 years.

  Strawberries on the nose, fresh and lively, still a little tight, air helped to a degree. Quite dry and a touch of astringency, but nice mouthfeel.

  Bouchard 2018 Tasting (Waterford Wine Co. - Milwaukee WI): Stand up tasting. Lighter style of the vintage. Slightly dirty but not in an entirely bad way. OK overall. Drink up.

  Very elegant nose, notes of strawberries, raspberries and a hint of forest floor. Very smooth and easy to drink but will need a bit more time in the cellar.

  Beau Gevrey village , traditionnel dans sa structure, aux accents de cerises et à la finale poivrée.
  Le temps lui a donné plus de corps et la charpente se bonifie une heure après l'ouverture.
