Lunch with Friends (Elgin): (Tasted Blind): Ripe cherry meets red and black plum. Broad and fleshy with a sour twist this is intense and rather enjoyable. Cherry skin texture stems lead to a grippy tannin whilst brown spices add complexity. Clean, well made, this is rather enjoyable without being over complicated.

체리?블랙베리? 젖은흙향, 약간 가벼운 바디감, 중간 이상의 산도. 다음날 마시니 더 부드럽고 마시기 좋았음. 재구매의사는 없음

Elegant with power. Smooth. I thought only Oregon Pinot tasted great, this made me realize I have more research to do.

Joyaux en Côte de Nuits (Marsannay/Gevrey-Chambertin) - Les Grands Jours de Bourgogne (Tonnellerie Rousseau - Gevrey-Chambertin): Walk around tasting. Like so many 2018s, this is much more firm, less accessible vs when tasted in its adolescence. All black fruit and meaty with very good density for its level. Better 2028 forward.

Refined and balanced pinot. Less vibrant that US pinot but absolutely amazing.
