  From memory. Stood up 9 months, decanted very clear almost to the large punt, then very tough, crusty dregs. Exceptionally dark and reddish for such an old bottle, this wine tasted and smelled fruity from the first. Eight hours of air did not lead to much change, however, and while it was delicious with our lasagna Bolognese, perhaps it needed even more air time.
