  • Very, very, very natural to the end. I have never met a natural wine persistent like this, without any bad or unclean nose. Well done!

  • Actually a red - made from Mondeuse. Opened prev night by accident, recorked for tonight, then decanted for ~30 min. From very first pour - exuberant aromas of spices, flowers, earth, bark and minerals. P-cranberry, earth, bark, grass, pepper, herbs. Light, lithe texture wiht acids but grip on mid-palate. F- Grapefruit pith, earth, herbs. Nice moderate lingering finish. Really different and good.

  • Menthol, magic marker (!), and barnyard on the nose. On the palate, blackberry, cranberry, plum, brambles, and earthy notes with some drying tannins on the medium to long finish, with good acidity. This reminds me of a dry Lambrusco without the fizz -- powerful, earthy, and fruity; "sauvage" would be a good overall description. This is tasty and interesting, but at over $35 the value for money is a bit below average. The tannins suggest it will keep for a few years.

J'adore!
