Sulphur, passionfuit, green minty herbs and spices, green apple, and browned pear. Requires some coaxing to open up.
Soft, pillowy texture, with good acid bite appropriate to the Prädikat. Delicate sweetness; not really noticeable, just a foil for the acid. A gentle kerosene note begins to emerge with air. Good length.
Opinion: Nice Kabinett from a less-regarded vintage. Buy again.

What a name for a wine! Subdued nose of radish (like a GV) and pepper. Palate is tight, but refreshing. Kabinett I would guess, no green acid, good balance. Delicious wine, just finishes a bit short. 17.5/20

Acid haus (Stanley Street Gallery, Sydney): slight kerosene over custard apple with slaty spice. Off dry. Fruit sweetness is well integrated to the juicy acidity though it's a little short...this bottle might be a little forward, perhaps?

Cellarhand 20th Anniversary Tour 2019 V2 (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): sulphur (a theme on these off dry wines), and, oddly, a little kerosene. Not much else on the nose. Palate has cream, ripe apple and far less kerosene. Hmm
