Pop and pour. Warm and ripe fruit, more like blackberries than the typical PN raspberries, but alcohol is surprisingly moderate. Some herbal notes, maybe mint? Smooth tannins and M acidity. Accessible, no need to store for longer, but will surely keep for quite some time.

Pinotpalooza (Carriageworks, Redfern): Medium minus intensity muted spice and wild ferment aromas. Quite closed on the nose with sweet strawberry and cherry upon agitation. In the mouth the wild ferment notes and tannic grip dominate the palate with slight strawberry struggling beneath this. Needs at least a year.

Clearly pinot with berries underneath. Strawberries. A little pepper.
Saving half til tomorrow. No score for now.
Day 2: This is really a wonderful Pinot. Just as good day 2 but not better. This is totally ready. 91
