  • First bottle from a case. Pnp. Bright ruby color. Typical traditional Sangiovese with elevated acidity providing an accurate delineation, red and dark fruit, a touch of oak still to be integrated. Medium tannins providing good structure. Good length. Would hold for another 2 years to see the oak integrate, or decant when opening now. This single vineyard Sangioves IGT from Chianti would give many quality BdMs in 2013 a run for the money. 92+
Indicated drinking window here (based on Monica Larner?) does not make much sense. This should be rather something like 2025 - 2035.
