Le fruit est pas mal compoté et des notes de réductions sont présentes. Acidité présente mais avec le fruit déficient c`est dérangeant. Finale courte et asséchante. Sur sa pente descendente.

14th May 2021 Patience has it rewards indeed. Still love it after 21 years..enjoyed this to celebrate my godson’s 21st birthday under covid restrictions 😁 what a joy to break this open still with a wonderful balance of fruit, berries a touch of spice and no discernible sense of tannins..medium-bodied with an elegant finish...fantastic investment!
This 20 year old wine has held up well. Spicy, concentrated, dark fruits, lucsious on the palate, lengthy finish. It has been in our celler at 52-53 deg. F since 2002 or 2003.

Well my poor old Henri has seen better days. 19 years and pretty much had it. The 2000 was not a great vintage and I feared this one might disappoint. The fruit has faded but it has a rather unpleasant jammy and slightly acidic taste. Missed by about 5 years I suspect. Knowing just how lovely a good St Henri is to be enjoyed, it's disheartening to see this one down the drain.

Very bright fruit and tannins, great wine with many years left.
