Red fruited palate with a mix of ripe strawberries and cherries, pamplemousse kicking in, marks of soil. Great wine in its own right. Does anyone come close with a serious rosé like this? A food wine for sure. Will keep another 5 years, no problem.

  Finally One Event By The Sea; 7/15/2020-7/19/2020 (Alicante - España): Served in Zalto burgundian glass without reclaimed it. Javi is always a guarantee of quality service even confusing rosé and white. Nose of fresh red currants and a hint of nail lacquer (youthful). Also the typical aniseed note that evolves towards an elegant salinity. Fine wine but bodied enough. Outstanding acidity corresponding to its youth stage. Still good persistence and a delicious bitter aftertaste. Until the very last drop.
  
  Servida en copas borgoñonas Zalto sin reclamarlo. Javi es siempre garantia de un servicio de calidad aún confunduendo rosado con blanco. Nariz a grosellas rojas frescas y un toque de laca de uñas (juventud). Tambien la típica nota anisada que evoluciona hacia una elegante salinidad. Fino pero con suficiente cuerpo. Acidez sobresaliente correspondiente a su juventud. Aun con todo buena persistencia y un delicioso postgusto amargo. Hasta la última gota.

  Just a wow wine. Idiosyncratic high octane vibrant pink, unlike any other rose I have had. In your face flavors, wonderful alone while making a spicy meal, wonderful with the spicy meal. I have had this, the red and the white from this domain, and this is the one that really stands out. This is one where numerical ratings are silly, so I am going with the generic 93, it is really good.
