Minor colour development Fine chablis nose with bottle complexity. Fine, lemony palate, lovely balance. Just entering its drinking window. Medium length. Good weight for a Villages. Demonstrates the wonderful quality that Fevre is producing. Unpretentious, unassuming, spectacular in its understated execution. Great QPR for a recent purchase.

PAle gold color. PNP, drank a glass plus over 2 hours. It seems I rarely drink the AOC from Fevre, and that appears to be a mistake. This bottle was very traditional and showed nice character. The nose has lemon-lime, brine and crustaceans, later adding the sea air notes. There's good density to the palate, lemon, tart with good acidity in a riper vintage, savory, dry stones. 90+ to 91pts.

Drinking very well. Unexpected complexity for basic village wine.

Delicious with pan seared salmon day 1 and even fried chicken day 2. White fruits and crunchy rock zesty goodness in here.
