Pop n pour at a BYO. Glassware a bit small and average, but limey, green apple and faint petroleum forming. Might be glassware, but seemed to lack layers and bit of complexity. Medium + finish.

Still quite austere, bone dry, green apple and lime, acidic, faint petroleum aroma developing, long. Overall, clearly a fine wine with many years ahead of it. Can be drunk now, but it is quite bracing, and I think will be improve with time.

Supper with Daniel (and the girls) (E & M's in the rocks, Sydney): A little kerosene, crystallised lime, smidge of honey, smells quite concentrated after the Logan. And so it proves on the palate; medium plus intensity acidity and the flavours from the nose, quite almost rich. Long.

Delicious, zesty, limey - approachable! I find Polish Hill so austere, this is really inviting though. Clean and smart, really intense and vigorous citrus fruit.

Still fresh with plenty of acid and citrus tang. Long finish. Just starting to show some aged characters.
Plenty of time left!
