Needs time. Opened approx. two hours prior to Bottle of Pain event at Ancona's. Then maybe one more hour as we enjoyed the other offerings. Clearly obvious why this is highly regarded, but also clear it is only barely showing its potential. Capturing notes two weeks on, so don't have any super specific tasting notes. But against a knockout lineup, this was good, but not shining as brightly as others. Confirmation that it's another decade needed before we should crack the next.

Just a touch more green than Harlan. But pure and beautiful on thr palate if a touch hot a short.

Just a touch of savory and mint, and then massive density.
