  Decanted. Meaty, chocolate, plum, cherry, pencil box, pyrazine, savory, woody, zinc, primrose, violet, orange, full bodied, resolved, clean. One of the more accessible vintages of this wine, still much distance to go. 94

  Absolutely one of the best wines I’ve ever had. Perfectly balanced, amazingly well integrated oak, blackberry and black currant flavors with nice Napa dustiness. If I could ever afford to buy my own bottle I would!
  
  Note: I decanted AND SWIRLED for at least an hour before this began to open it. This has plenty of life left in it, or at least the bottle I tried did!

  Easter 2020. Drank with tenderloin and mushrooms. Only an hour of decant due to age and reviews. Started off old - prunes and baking spices. Evolved over a few hours. The prune/dried fruit blew off a bit but there are very few tannins left and we put this firmly in the "drink em if you've got em" camp.
