This was delicious on pop and pour, and improved a little with time in the glass. Very nice, with a little more body and some ‘bass notes’ not found in a lot of CA Pinots (which appeals to me as someone who generally gravitates to Cabernet).

Liked this slightly better than the '15 Sangiacomo we had recently. This needed an approx two hours decant and then it was ready. A slight chill helped round out some alcoholic heat as well. Great depth of flavor and mellow. Dark fruit with just a slight touch of sweetness. Got these on Winebid as it appears the Winery, or somebody, is liquidating inventory after their decision to close. Great bargains there if you're interested (I picked up two '15s and two '16s for $25-30 +premium).

Bright fruit, cherry, raspberry, lovely aromatics. Sue loved it.

Drank on Oasis of the Seas. Great happy cruise wine, but it likely needed more than a PnP at room temp on a 78 degree day!
