  Started out a bit pedestrian but got way better with air and really reached a great apex after a couple hours open. Slightly beat out the Rose next to it.

  My favorite of the three Moussé Fils bottles we opened. Moderately oxidative: less than the NV, much more than the 2014 SC saignée. Some brioche and earthy mushroom notes, explosive watermelon starburst candy. I love it.

  What can I say about this very unique 100% Meunier except Wow!! Gorgeous nose of mixed berries and Meunier fruit, nice chalky seam and minerals to boot. Really enjoyed by Eckler's and us at Churchills with oysters, ceviche and ancient grain spread to start a fabulous meal!!
