A compact wine, even a bit narrow in the midtaste, simply too young. A dark coloured wine and you smell already the bitters; black fruit, concentrated , severe and finishing with firm, but good bitters, and noticeable, buut very accepable tannins, This Pauillac needs several years to ripen and will never become refined, but will be quite enjoyable,

Good minerality with red and blue fruits, gravel, clove and cedar on the nose and palate. Good density in the full-bodied structure. Fresh and herbaceous finish. Drink with an hour of decanting for the aromatics to harmonise and open up. Should let this age for another 3-5 years.

You get red berries, graphite, cedar and some oak on the nose. Assertive tannins, burst of primary fruit and nice acidity. I feel that there is something missing though. It'll surely broaden and add complexity with age (the structure is there to make it last) but I just can't help but feel there's something missing. Can't put my finger on it today. I've got a few in the cellar so I'll revisit in some time. Still, an enjoyable bottle and the grilled sausage helped with those tannins.

Woody, dark plum and blackberries. Traditional Pauillac flavors. Coming into maturity but still feels young.

Cigar box, blackberry, leather; very smooth, substantial, and some structure, but also somewhat closed and monolithic at present
