Brillant, belle couleur soutenue jaune citron légèrement doré. Larmes grasses. Nez complexe d'abricot et de miel avec une pointe de citron et d'amande. Poivré.
Attaque vive et fraiche sur l'abricot le miel et l'amande. Joli botrytis qui apporte une magnifique rondeur en bouche. Très jolie finale citronnée avec une pointe de cannelle. Longueur supérieure à 10 caudalies.
Un sauternes toujours dans le paquet de tête !

This was absolutely wonderful. Sweet floral aromas followed up with rich, characteristic noble rot flavors. Paired with Balsamic vinegar salad. Incredibly enjoyable and a great value.
